The Arts & The Park 2022 Festival was held from April 28 – May 8. HSACA is continually updating the calendar of events to reflect evolving Covid-19 guidelines. The 2022 festival utilized virtual, in-person, indoor, and outdoor events. We ask that all participants at live events practice social distancing and wear a mask. The Arkansas Highlands Stringband…. Evolved from the Arkansas Highlands Folk Project, a collaborative effort of The Garland County Library and The Hot Springs Area Cultural Alliance to educate, entertain and preserve the music, arts, culture and heritage of the Arkansas Highlands...the Ozark and Ouachita Mountains. The band consists of Arkansas musicians who are dedicated to the preservation of Old Time, Traditional Music.   Members are Jenny & Tom Sartain-Mt. View, Denise Hurd- N Little Rock and Charlie Moore-Hot Springs.
