About me:
I feel like I eat sleep and breathe art. I teach ceramics and fused glass at the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts, and I have a full ceramics and glass studio in my home garage. That is usually where you will find me in the wee hours of the morning.
I have worked with just about every material including painting, metal, wood, ceramics, glass… but glass is what truly holds my interest and inspires me every single day. I’m a little obsessed.
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Missouri State University and a Master of Fine Arts from the Academy of Art University. I am currently pursuing a research PhD involving chemical color and heat reactivity in kiln formed glass.
My glass artwork can be found at the Collective Art Gallery in downtown Hot Springs.
