About me:
Although I enjoy creating mixed media art. It is not my personal art for which I am seeking to create this profile. It is to make others aware of my gallery/booth art business. The works I offer are from 1800s to present day. I seek original signed pieces. I have sold items such as hand-crafted wood tables created and signed by local artist, hand thrown pottery pieces, signed blown glass pieces, signed baskets, sculptures both large and small, oil paintings, watercolors, gouache, mixed media, antique prints and even handmade marquetry boxes. I offer original works by artists such as Charles Billon, Marguerite Erwin, Michael Canney, E.M. Buck Schiwetz, Currier and Ives, Chris Hamamoto, Nina Alexandrowicz, Alfred Birdsey, Martin Linsey, Paul Henry Ramirez, Carol Avinger, Ralph Hulett, Wayne Thiebaud, local artists such as Cinda Serafin and Joyce Weaver just to name a few of the artists available. Mediums are of many various forms. I strive to establish provenance whenever possible, and many pieces have authentication and or appraisals. In doing so I have many written appraisals, correspondence from artists, as well as correspondence from museums such as Swindon Museum of U.K., Nevada Museum of Art, and Gallerie AB of Paris. Many pieces have to be shown love by way of reframing and conservation before they are offered. Some are offered in original vintage or antique frames or not yet framed. My goal is to demonstrate that resell art deserves respect, conservation and a chance at a new home. Some people foster children, some foster animals, I FOSTER ART. My business is named Onirique Fostered Art llc in an effort to depict my passion.
