Coni Hall

Following her dream to learn to paint in watercolor after physical limitations dictated a change in lifestyle, Coni attended various weekend seminars and college art classes to help her develop her goal. Many competitions and ribbons later her career was underway. Coni and her husband, Tom, chose to relocate to Hot Springs from San Diego. She is thrilled by the extensive art opportunities in the area and the response from the community. Coni loves to paint from photographs so she can see moments in time, events and experiences. She prefers to use her own photographs as references, but will consider commissions from submitted photos if she finds them inspirational. She enjoys a variety of subject matter from animals, people, architecture and landscapes using bold colors and exacting detail. When teaching either groups or private lessons her passion for watercolors, technical abilities, and attention to detail inspire her students. Coni is very active in her community and happily donates her framed giclee prints and unique mosaic items to many area philanthropic groups for their fundraising events. If not painting or making mosaics, she is knitting preemie sets for Children’s Hospital, Arkansas Angels and Holy Sews.
