Filmed on location throughout the Arkansas Delta, River Valley and Ouachita Mountains, Daughter of the White River is a 100% all-Arkansan production. Illuminating the lost history of houseboat culture, the film introduces actress Lilie Lim in the role of Helen Spence, Depression-Era Folk Hero and real-life True Grit Girl of Arkansas’s River People.
