The Gala Neo Noir, Arkansas’s newest and most prestigious fundraiser for the arts, hosted by the Hot Springs Area Cultural Alliance promises to be a captivating and sophisticated celebration of art and creativity. Held at the iconic Arlington Hotel, the exclusive event will transform the opulent Crystal Ballroom into a haven for avant-garde art installations and provocative experiences that push the boundaries of traditional art.
Upon arrival, pose for the cameras on the red carpet in front of the dazzling façade of the Arlington Hotel. Once inside, ascend the grand staircase to the Crystal Ballroom and engage in the sensational.
This exclusive, adults-only event invites attendees to engage with art on a deeper level, with interactive experiences and a silent auction featuring one-of-a-kind pieces.
Themed Attire
LIGHT • DARK • MODERN
The Gala is a themed, fashion-forward, black-tie event that encourages creativity. This is not a costume party or a masquerade, this is an opportunity to express creativity through fashion. The inaugural year’s theme is Neo-Noir – Light, Dark and Modern. Attendees are asked to play with the theme and think outside the box.
Ballroom Entry Options
VIP Comfort – Enjoy the best seats in the house, exclusive private bar access, table service, complimentary valet parking, a copy of the Red Carpet photo. The VIP experience is available for individual tickets or lounge seating for 8 people in a designated area. VIP tickets are $200 per person.
General Admission – Perfect for the social butterflies, this ticket allows you to mingle and enjoy the evening with unreserved seating. Seating is limited and not reserved, but you aren’t the type to sit still anyway. General Admission tickets are $150 per person.
Lounges – Reserved lounge seating for 8 people in either the VIP or Ballroom area offers comfort and a prime spot to relax and enjoy the event. Perfect for party-loving introverts or anyone who prefers a more laid-back comfortable experience. Lounges must be reserved and are arranged either flanking the ballroom or VIP Lounges can be reserved in the VIP area.
- Ballroom Lounges – include seating for 8 people are $1500 per lounge and include 8 tickets to the event.
- VIP lounges – located in the VIP area with the best view of the event, include seating for 8 people and 8 VIP tickets to the Gala are $2000.
Friends of the Arts Sponsorship – Includes 2 VIP tickets and names listed on event signage.
Interactive Art Experiences
Engage with cutting-edge art installations and live performances that challenge traditional boundaries and tantalize all five senses. The event will offer multiple interactive art experiences, life drawings, acrobatics, professional group portraits, edible art, a silent auction, art for sale, entertainment, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and a cash bar.
Event Exclusivity and Etiquette
To maintain the exclusivity of Gala Noir, all guests must be 18 years or older to attend, with a minimum age of 21 to consume alcohol. In keeping with the event’s atmosphere and due to the nature of the art, please refrain from using cell phone cameras inside the Arlington Hotel ballroom. Gala attendees have private first access to this interactive art experience. Selected photos of events and art from inside the ballroom will be released to the public after the event.
