Wunderpus is a powerhouse four-piece rock band from Little Rock, Arkansas, fronted by the dynamic mezzo-soprano vocalist, Amie Bishop. Like its namesake, Wunderpus flips effortlessly between Southern grit, soulful blues, and a deep metal hook. Their music is a fusion of classic rock and raw emotion, with influences from Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Ozzy Osbourne, Foo Fighters, and Heart. Amie Bishop, a commanding female vocalist, channels iconic male rock vocalists like Ronnie James Dio, Ozzy Osbourne, Robert Plant, and Marilyn Manson, as well as legendary female rock vocalists like Ann Wilson, Joan Jett, Pat Benatar, and Alanis Morissette. Their debut album, “Abreaction,” is a seismic EP of original tracks, and they’ve been featured on Pandora’s Fresh Cuts playlist and Cover Nation.
